1. Service Description

SmeltSec is a managed platform for generating, securing, monitoring, and distributing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The platform provides automated code generation, multi-layer security scanning, quality scoring, repository monitoring, and configuration synchronization services. Access to certain features is subject to your applicable subscription plan.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SmeltSec in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not submit MCP servers containing malicious code, exploits, exfiltration logic, or any functionality designed to cause harm to end users or third-party systems. Servers that violate our security policies will be suspended without notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

3. Plans and Billing

SmeltSec offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plan fees are billed monthly or annually at your election. Annual subscriptions are offered at a 20% discount compared to the equivalent monthly rate. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. SmeltSec reserves the right to modify plan pricing with 30 days' prior written notice.

4. Data and IP

You retain full ownership of all MCP server code, configurations, and intellectual property you submit to SmeltSec. By submitting content to the platform, you grant SmeltSec a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the services. SmeltSec retains all rights to its own platform code, branding, scoring algorithms, and proprietary tooling.

5. Limitation of Liability

The SmeltSec platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SmeltSec does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that security scan results will identify all vulnerabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SmeltSec's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
